I have no idea why I chose this morning to have a random little ramble as it doesnt seem relevant now but i was so tired this morning , so that may explain it.
Just got back from my run, I am folling a 1/2 marathon plan so y’day was 6 today 3 and 6 again tomorrow. The plan slowly builds up so that I should get a good time when we do the race in April. The run was really quick as it was only only 3 miles but it was also quick coz it was sooo cold therefore i wanted to get home quick as!!

tough! its 6mile day 1 then 3mile day2 6mile day 3 rest and then big run day 5 slowly increasing the length week on week, it doesnt sound much but it is!
