Today was my trip to KISS FM which is at Bury St Edmunds. (Kiss is on 105-108 FM)
The idea of the day was to get schools to sign up to a sort of work experience day with some of us students so we could spend a day in the studio!
Everyone who worked there was really nice, most of the day was run by Glen White who used to be a presenter in the vibe days.
After some talks by a few of the people that worked there we went and spent some time in the studio. I got to have a go at reading the showbiz while dan read the travel and sue read the news. It was such a good day, now after going there I am more keen than ever to work on the radio. I am definitely going to go back on one of the full day workshops.

no we were in the other studio that wasnt on air and just got to practise reading the news (in the pic dans reading the travel!)
I would however like to see studies done on this subject. I would also like to see continued improvement in the technology.
