I am really feeling the pain and burn of some recent INTENSE workouts! Working with my mum who is my personal trainer she has been killing my arms then legs and just all over! Body combat last night was an absolutle killer!!
Back to sixth form has been reasonablly easy! A few lessons but nothing to hard, even had time to lay in the sun yesterday!
Today I went to a Youth Action Plan meeting with various youth workers who are planning a youth festival in sudbury next easter…will tell you more soon but I am excited to be involved!
Went into school this morning and saw a plaque on the wall with my name on! Some new head boy/girl notice board!

Saw an advert today for an event called PLASA 2009 which is a technology AUDIO/VISUAL type of showcase for DJ’s entertainers, performers etc its very short notice but I am hoping to go!
