Ryan has had a lot of experience in radio and this goes back to his early teens when he after he began DJing and did some work experience at local radio stations (including BBC)

Ryan studies Radio at Canterbury University and has also become Station Manger at CSR FM the community station for Canterbury. Ryan was elected in May 2011 to the role of station manger by fellow members of the station

Ryan can be heard every Friday morning 10am-1pm

Trained in using Myriad playout software and also Autotrack scheduling system- also a confident in voice tracking which allows to quickly record shows when they cannot be done live.

Skills in audition has been demonstrated across CSR with various jingles, imaging and promos that Ryan has created over the past two years and has helped further brand the sound of the station.

Further radio work beyond CSR has included working as a producer on DIY Radio for Mel Lewis on a weekly basis and also some involvement in producing the Virtual festivals podcast.
