Yesterday I went shopping with my mum due to my sprained ankle I had to hop round the shops on crutches. Not good. I have nothing more to say other than this swollen ankle is really starting to get on my nerves.

Run

So on sunday I ran my first ever 1/2 Marathon I did it in 1:37 which is 3mins quicker than I had aimed for. It was a really nice course I hit my stride from 4miles and just loved it. So a slightly refreshed look to the site. I have had a tidy up and also changed the theme. One of the biggest changes is now a front page to the site not straight onto the blog!
