Crazy times

After a bad nights sleep on sunday I think I lost my marbles and went mad on monday through the heat and lack of sleep. Was rather funny. Went to a house party. Had rather a lot to drink. Was very social with a lot of people I know and met some new peeps as well. Good times

Sunderland Uni (#rtrdsu!!!)

So I have just got back from Sunderland uni after there open day today. It took us about 5hrs to get there y’day and the same to get home again. The uni looks sooo nice, it was very modern, most of the accomadtion seemed very nice too. Had a tour of the media centre and it is the biggest in the UK and about to get an upgrade this summer and it was amazing. 2 television studios and a gallery....

Editing

TodayMe and Dan(Lane) edited our trailer that we shot on Friday. We used one of the new imacs in our new media ‘hub’. We spent a few hours on the trailer and it looks really good. Today me and Dan (Lane) filmed our media project ‘Head Lane’ a trailer for a new soap. The idea for the soap is lots of quick short scenes from one road. BBC, London and UCAS Fair

Yesterday our Media Studies group went to BBC television centre in London. It was a really interesting tour and looked like a great place to work. It has a lot of history and it was cool to see people working in what is a 24hr broadcasting studio. We looked into the news centre and also in one of the 8 studios.
