Watch out for the 20p

So on friday night myself and some other friends went out on the town. Jamie is back down for a few weeks from ipswich so it was a good night to go out and catch up.

Took us forever to get down their though becasue you know how slow girls walk!

Spent the night at the Prince and we all had quite a bit to drink.

There was a game being played where if a 20p is dropped in your drink you have to down the drink then try to get someone else with the 20p! Only happened to me once luckily :P

On the way home went to the kebab shop (big mistake, can still taste it 2 days later)

Went to work with a bit of a ‘sore head’!

Same again next weekend I’m thinking!

Year 11 Leavers

Today, as head boy I had to give a talk in the year 11 leavers assembly. Today was there last day and they have 2 serious assemblies and 1 show which is fuin and organised by them.

I introduced the head and then after him and the govnor, I said a few words which was eciting and I think went really well.

After I stayed and watched their show which took me back to when it was me last year. The energy was electric! They are a great bunch, very excitable and were full of energy (probably too much sugar)

One of them (brace yourself) at the end of the show took off everything apart from thier boxers and ran across the stage!

All I can say is that I hope they calm down by the time they come into 6 form in a few months time!

KISS FM TRIP

Today was my trip to KISS FM which is at Bury St Edmunds. (Kiss is on 105-108 FM)

The idea of the day was to get schools to sign up to a sort of work experience day with some of us students so we could spend a day in the studio!

Everyone who worked there was really nice, most of the day was run by Glen White who used to be a presenter in the vibe days.

After some talks by a few of the people that worked there we went and spent some time in the studio. I got to have a go  at reading the showbiz while dan read the travel and sue read the news. It was such a good day, now after going there I am more keen than ever to work on the radio. I am definitely going to go back on one of the full day workshops.

Recap of the last few days…

Sunday painted my nans patio for her, just a nice fresh coat of green, however got some on my trainers!! (Those are the ones I wear to the gym! Might have to get some new ones)

Also on sunday some idot tried to get in a verbal facebook argument with me but I didnt let the stupid little boys comments get to me (you know who you are!)

Monday I had a general studies exam (re-sit last time I got a U) which went ok I think (hopes!)

Today back into school again (we are on study leave so dont actually have to go in!) to do some revision classes…

Body combat tonight I really suprised my self with how agressive I was, I had this big surge of energy and anger to release which made me feel soooo good so it was a big arrghghg!

Keep an eye on my twitter tommorow becasue I am off to KISS FM which I am soooooo excited about !!

Today was actually a nice day to end on really (officially study leave starts but I still have to go quite a bit!)

My hard drive came today and this one actually works!

Found out today that I can tag along with Mrs Crawte to her proffesional development course becasue it is happening at KISS FM!!! I am soo excited so I cannot wait till wednesday!!!!!:O (this will help for problem solving week in which me and a team will be hoping to start up a school radio!)

Radio 1 big weekend this weekend so will be hoping to catch allot of the action on the radio and red button!

SEX!

This morning a woman from the council came in to ask a few of us students about the sex and relationships education we get at school because they are doing this across the whole of suffolk!

Continuing with our media project we now face the decision of when to begin filming either next week or next month….hmmm?????? Next week is very sudden but it means we will be done early however it is in the middle of our exams…. In a month it would only leave us with one week to edit…..

The last netball session tonight (thank god!)

Not sure what Im going to do this weekend….
